
Booking Policy
By booking an appointment and making a payment, you agree to our booking policies.
Rescheduling
It is possible to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is therefore unavailable for last-minute bookings.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is possible at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancelling less than 48 hours before the appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation is therefore unavailable for last-minute bookings.
Late-coming
To respect others' time and to keep the flow of the day, your booked treatment will be shortened to the extent to stay on schedule. The difference will NOT be refunded. It is advised to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

10–15 minutes late: your color or add-on service (e.g., nail art, chrome, french tips) will be removed to save time.

Over 15 minutes late or no color/add-ons: your service will be downgraded according to the remaining time (e.g., gel extensions → gel refill; gel refill → biab; biab natural/gelish→ removal).

Important: If the remaining time isn’t enough for any service, or if you don't accept adjusting the service, we’ll unfortunately be unable to provide a treatment or issue a refund.
No-show
If you miss the appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and no rescheduling options will be offered.
Changing or adding service
Changing or adding service is only possible depends on daily availability, and may result in additional charges. If time doesn’t allow, we’ll proceed with your original booking.
Service risks
Heat spikes may occur during the service.
Sharp tools, such as scissors and cuticle cutters, are used, which would occasionally cause minor injuries.
We use EU certified products, we are not responsible for any allergic reaction you might have to the products.
Warranty
We offer free fixes for accidental damage (chipping, lifting, cracks) within 10 days of your service.
Email us clear photos of the issue to book your repair.
Repairs after 10 days will be charged at full price.
